Monterey Country Club is located in the heart of the beautiful and established city of Palm Desert, CA. 

Originally built by the Sunrise Corporation, construction was complete in 1981.  Designed around the beautiful and challenging Monterey Country Club golf course, the community consists of 1,206 attractively
designed condominiums.  

Centrally located in the Coachella Valley, the community is a short distance from Palm Springs, many shopping centers, fabulous restaurants, entertainment, city parks and other attractions.  The landscape and abundance of mature trees within Monterey Country Club are meticulously maintained, giving the community a charming and welcoming appeal.

The homeowners association offers its members many amenities and recreational privileges including
